Z-Float™ was selected to help protect shock-sensitive components from repeated vertical (Z-axis) impacts in next-generation mobile platforms. In testing, Z-Float™ reduced vertical shock by ~20–60%* while maintaining a defined footprint and supporting payloads up to 300+ lb.
Introducing the Z-50™
A Compact Evolution of True Z-Axis Stabilization™
Built from everything we learned developing the original Z-Float™ (Z-100), the new Z-50™ is a smaller, lighter-weight vertical stabilization platform designed for payloads in the 25–100 lb class.
It retains the same patented true Z-axis architecture — footprint locked, no arcs, no sway — but with a more efficient structural layout and reduced mass. The goal was simple: eliminate unnecessary over-engineering while preserving performance integrity.
The Z-50™ is currently entering validation testing. Based on modeled load curves, spring geometry, and revised linkage ratios, projected performance meets or exceeds the original Z-100 in its intended payload range.
